Our Quality Program

Dear Valued Customer,

At Dr. Lucy’s our Quality Assurance Program incorporates three key standards you and your family can count on:

  1. We only buy raw materials from carefully selected producers; ingredients without certain allergens.

  2. We use the best available testing to ensure there are no detectable allergens from our list: wheat, gluten, dairy milk, butter, eggs, casein, peanuts or tree nuts.

  3. We don’t allow any of these items into our bakery. In fact peanuts and tree nuts aren’t even allowed in our building!

Our Quality Assurance Program provides the highest quality food for you and your family while ensuring you’re safeguarded from these specific allergens. Even our packaging is a safeguard, by calling out exactly what you’re not getting.

As an M.D. and mother of a child with severe food allergies, I understand the necessity for strict quality standards and how to achieve them. Every Lucy’s cookie is made with these strict standards so you never have to worry. All you have to do is enjoy every last scrumptious bite!
